Appointments are on Wednesdays during 1-5pm at the Knights of Columbus Building,112 E. North Second Street in Seneca. One block from Ye Old Sandwich Shoppe, next door to the Baptist Beaverdam Association, diagonally across the street from Brown-Ogelsby Funeral Home.
Bring any of the following you have:
- DD-214
- Health records (Military, Veterans Administration, Civilian)
- Correspondence to/from the Veterans Administration.
- Evidence of disability service connection. Examples: If you have hearing loss: Records confirming your exposure to loud noises. If you have PTSD, evidence of exposure to disturbing events. If you have prostate cancer or ischemic heart disease, proof that you served in Vietnam or another area where the military used agent orange.
